Milton Lewis Sartori
1928-2014 Mr. Milton Lewis Sartori, 85 of Cheshire, died peacefully Sunday April 13, 2014 at his home. He was born in North Adams, on May 8, 1928 son of Angelo and Florence (Yager) Sartori. He attended schools in Monroe Bridge and graduated from the Drury High School. Milton was employed by the General Electric Co. for many years and also worked at Pierce Machine Co. in Dalton. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and took annual trips to Canada. His wife was the former Lorraine T. Momaney who died on February 27, 2007. They were married on November 11, 1951. Survivors include his sister, Elizabeth Luczynski and her husband, William of Kennewick, Wash. He also leaves nieces and nephews including Gene Luczynski and his wife, Beth; and Guy Luczynski, all of Kennewick, WA; and Bruce and Carol Clerc of Adams, who were his primary caregivers; grandnieces and grandnephews; his good friends, Mike Kelly and his family of Lanesboro; and his beloved cats, "Eric" and "Lucy Lou". His son, Mark Sartori died on February 18, 1974. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Milton Sartori will be Tuesday April 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUENRALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA. Burial will be in Cheshire Cemetery. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday morning from 10-11 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
