Pauline A. Foy Dean

1918-2014 WILLIAMSTOWN Mrs. Pauline A. Foy Dean, 95 formerly of 81 Bachand Ave. Williamstown, died Monday March 31, 2014 at Sweetbrook Care Center. She was born in North Adams, on November 13, 1918, daughter of Eugene and Rosalie (Denno) Foy. She attended the former Notre Dame Parochial School and the Drury High School. Pauline was employed at Sprague Electric Co. for 42 years until her retirement in 1980. She was a communicant of Sts. Patrick and Raphael Church in Williamstown. Pauline was a member of the Friendship Club, the Jollee Circle, and the Sprague Retirees. She was the widow of Richard E. Dean who died on January 25, 1994. They were married on January 26, 1946. Survivors include her granddaughter, Kelley and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard E. Dean Jr. who died in 2009. Three sisters and one brother are also deceased including Agnes Coons, Eugenia Mahoney, Marion Bienick, and Albert Foy. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Pauline Dean will be celebrated Monday April 7, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick's Church in Williamstown. Burial will follow in Southview cemetery. A calling hour will be held at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA on Monday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
