Richard G. Cronk 1958-2013 ASHLEY FALLS Richard G. Cronk, 54, of Polikoff Road, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 5, 2013. A native and lifelong resident of the area, Ricky was born in Great Barrington on October 24, 1958, the son of Elizabeth McDonald Cronk and the late Samuel Cronk, Jr. He was a graduate of Berkshire Community College, and Hartwick University. Richard loved the living in the country and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and woodworking. He also greatly enjoyed traveling to Ireland. He was a kind and giving person who cared for others, his family and his mother in particular. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth "Billie" Cronk; his sisters, Eleanor Dunn, Susan Romano and Theresa Cronk-Decker; along with his nephews, Blaine, Keane and Lucian Decker; and his step nephew, Thomas Hankey Jr. FUNERAL NOTICE: Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Sheffield, conducted by Rev. Bruce Teague, pastor. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Valley Cemetery. The family of the late Richard G.
