1974 - 2015 NEW MARLBOROUGH Sean Trevor Storti, 40, of Hartsville-New Marlborough Road passed away on Saturday, Feb. 7, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born in Great Barrington on Sept. 10, 1974 he was the son of Louis "Joe" Storti, Jr. and Diane "Didi" Salzmann Storti. He graduated from Mount Everett Regional High School, class of 1992, after which he went on to art school in Maine and attended classes at Berkshire Community College. Sean was an extremely talented artist. He was an avid reader who also enjoyed watching movies. But above all else he cherished spending time with his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews. Along with parents Joe and Didi Storti Sean is survived by his brother, Colin Storti; his sisters, Tricia Storti, and Cara Ripley and husband, DJ; his step-grandfather, Denis O'Connor; his aunts and uncles Chrissa and Roy Gallant, Keith Salzmann, Pia and Dave Madow, and Mike and Erin Salzmann. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Maeve, Kieran, Jenny, Danika, Regan, Trevor and Alara; as well as several cousins. He was predeceased by his cousin, Gary Warfield. FUNERAL NOTICE: A service celebrating Sean's life will be held on Monday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. at FINNERTY & STEVENS FUNERAL HOME in Great Barrington, conducted by the Rev. Charles VanAusdall. Burial will be in the spring. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Feb. 15 from 2 - 4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sean T.
