1971 - 2013 PERU Susan Elizabeth Strout, 41, of 10 Weeks Road, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

Born in Pittsfield on Nov. 12, 1971, the daughter of Esther Ward Strout Rudd and the late Louis M. Strout, Sr., she was a graduate of Taconic High School, attended Berkshire Community College, and earned a Certificate in Medical Assisting from Mildred Elley School.

She was employed as medical assistant in local practices.

Ms. Strout is survived by her mother, Esther Strout Rudd; a daughter, Allie Teresa Rawson of Pittsfield; a son, Gabriel Louis Davis of Hinsdale; her siblings, Barbara Weeks, and her husband, Dale, of Peru; Donna Sakaske and her husband, Joel, of Chester; Louis Strout, Jr., and his wife, Susan, of Pittsfield; Michael Strout and his wife, Sami, of Pittsfield; Connie Southard and her husband, Ricky, of Washington; Lynn Pease and her significant other, John, of Becket; Lori Canfora and her husband, Sonny, of Peru; Joanne Main and her husband, Eric, of Middlefield, and Carol Strout and her significant other, Warren, of Hinsdale; Allie's father, Paul, and Gabriel's father, Thomas, and many nieces and nephews.

Susie's whole world was encompassed by her children, mom, sisters and brothers.

Her large circle of friends shared how infectious her smile and big beautiful eyes brightened their world. God needed another angel in Heaven who is as special as Susie.

We wish we could see the angel's faces when they see Sue's beautiful smile as she becomes one of them. God has you in His keeping. We have you in our hearts.
