Thelma Ora Holub
1923 - 2014 WILLIAMSTOWN Thelma Ora (Donnelly) Holub, 90 of 6 East St., Bennington, Vt., died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at Williamstown Commons. She was born in Williamstown on Sept. 23, 1923, daughter of Archie W. and Mae (Godfrey) Donnelly. She attended the Williamstown High School. Thelma was last employed by the former Ivy Guild in Williamstown for about three years until her retirement. Before that, she worked for the Internal Revenue Service for many years. Thelma enjoyed quilting, painting, reading and crossword puzzles. Survivors include her husband, Charles Holub, whom she married on Aug. 25, 1973; a son, John Wilson of Pownal, Vt.; a daughter Sandra Montgomery of Adams; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Her daughter, Carol Cain, and two brothers are deceased. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Thelma Holub will be Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at 11 a.m. at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St., North Adams.
