Victoria W. Rumbolt
1995 - 2014 CHESHIRE Victoria W. "Tori" Rumbolt, 18, of 1 Stonehedge Rd., Cheshire, died Wednesday, April 24, 2014. Born in North Adams on July 28, 1995, she was the daughter of Robert J. Rumbolt of Cheshire and Jennifer Schrade Rumbolt of Lanesboro. She was a 2013 Graduate of Hoosac Valley High School where she was on the Varsity basketball, softball, and soccer teams, from the time she was a freshman. On and off the field, she was a motivator, leader, friend, and great teammate. She also enjoyed motocross. She was employed as a stock person and cashier at Target. Besides her parents, she is also survived by her sister, Haylee Dix of Adams; her maternal grandparents, William and Paula Schrade of Adams; her paternal grandparents, Robert and Nancy Rumbolt of North Adams; her aunts and uncles, Tom and Maryjane Rumbolt of North Adams, William Schrade of Clarksburg, Erica and Jeff Maynard of Raynham, Mass., and Karli Schrade of Adams. She also leaves two special friends, Justina Gates and Jennifer Gamari. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Tori Rumbolt, who died April 24, 2014, will be held on Tuesday, April 29, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Mary's of the Assumption Church in Cheshire at 10 a.m., celebrated by the Rev. David Raymond, Pastor. Burial will follow in South View Cemetery in North Adams. Calling hours at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Cheshire will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Out of the Pits, Inc., P.O. Box 2311 Albany, N.Y., 12220.
