Barbara (Peters) Pringle

1928-2014 Barbara (Peters) Pringle 86, of 56 Fairview Heights, Clarksburg, died Tuesday March 18, 2014 at her home. She was born in North Adams, on February 24, 1928 a daughter of the late Leo and Helen (Mach) Peters. She graduated from Drury High School with the class of 1946. She was employed for many years as a telephone operator first for New England Telephone and later for AT&T retiring in 1979. Mrs. Pringle was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family. Her husband William Hamilton Pringle whom she married March 10, 1951 died April 10, 2007. Survivors include one daughter Cynthia Rennell and her husband Howard of Pownal VT. One son William T. Pringle of Clarksburg with whom she made her home and grandson Aaron Rennell of North Adams. She also leaves her friend and caregiver Amy Bush. She was predeceased by three sisters Elizabeth Beauchamp, Dorothy Swanson and Virginia Barry. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Services for Barbara (Peters) Pringle will take place Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams,MA. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling Hours at the funeral home are Saturday from 9-11 A.M.
