Donald R. Bragdon

1924 - 2010 WILLIAMSTOWN Donald Raymond Bragdon, 85, of 25 Adams Road, died on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at Williamstown Commons.

He was born in Westfield, Maine, on July 2, 1924, son of Charles and Etta Damon Bragdon. He attended schools in Maine. He was a resident of Cheshire for many years.

Mr. Bragdon was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict, having served with the Army until receiving his Honorable Discharge as Sergeant in 1952.

Mr. Bragdon was last employed for Elder Services in Williamstown.

He leaves his brother, Kenneth Bragdon, and his wife, Dianne, of Lynn Haven, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by six brothers and one sister.
