Judy M. Levesque
1961-2012 ADAMS Judy Marie (Lazarczyk) Levesque, 50, of 8 Pearl St. Adams, died Saturday, October 6, 2012, at her home.
She was born in Adams on October 13, 1961, a daughter of the late Walter and Roma (Jarvis) Lazarczyk. She attended Adams schools, and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School with the Class of 1979.
Judy had worked as a cashier at the Stop & Shop supermarket on Merrill Rd. in Pittsfield for the past 15 years.
She was a communicant of the Parish of Blessed John Paul in Adams. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and cooking for her family; but her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Levesque, whom she married on June 8, 1984; a daughter, Sara Durant and her husband, Michael; and a son, Jeremy Levesque, both of Adams; her two grandchildren, Brayden and Michael Durant; a brother, David Lazarczyk, and his wife, Susan, of Adams; two sisters, Dianne Liszka and her husband, Walter; and Linda Kogut and her husband, Michael, both of Adams; and many nieces and nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Cathy Trembley.
FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be held on Monday, October 15th, at 9 a.m. from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St. Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Parish Church of Blessed John Paul, Adams, celebrated by Rev. John Roach.
Burial will take place at a later date in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams.
Calling hours will be Sunday afternoon, Oct. 14th, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
