Lindsay A. Taxter

1988-2013 PITTSFIELD Lindsay Ann Taxter, 24, died Monday morning at UMASS Medical Center in Worcester, after a brief illness.

She was born on May 24, 1988 to Michael and Ellen (Budlong) Taxter. Lindsay attended local schools and was a 2006 graduate of Pittsfield High School and went on to attend Fitchburg State University, where she obtained her Associates degree.

Lindsay enjoyed drawing and visiting with friends and family. She loved the outdoors and all types of animals. Lindsay was a fun loving, kind and generous person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her Father Michael Taxter and his wife Darice of West Stockbridge, her mother Ellen Taxter and her significant other Joseph Healy of Lanesboro, a brother Noah Taxter of West Stockbridge, and three sisters, Lauren Taxter of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Sarah Taxter-Lewis and her husband Aaron of Safety Harbor, Fla., and Samantha Taxter of West Stockbridge.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Funeral Home Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday January 31, 2013 at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME, 40 Maplewood Ave. in Pittsfield. Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 9AM. In Lieu of Flowers please make memorial donations in Lindsay's memory to the Berkshire Humane Society, in care of the funeral home.
