Cyrilla Krzeminski

1932 - 2013 ADAMS Cyrilla Jane Krzeminski, 80, of 10 Burt St., died on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at North Adams Commons.

She was born in Adams on Oct. 15, 1932, a daughter of Ralph and Cyrilla (Cassidy) McKenna. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from the former Adams High School with the class of 1950.

Mrs. Krzeminski last worked as a switchboard operator for Berkshire Gas Co., Pittsfield for 20 years, retiring in 1995. Earlier she had worked for the former Arnold Print Works and Hunter Machine Co. She had also worked in the Town of Adams Board of Health Dept.

She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. She was a member of the Adams Senior Citizens and enjoyed traveling, shopping, reading and watching the games shows, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Albin J. Krzeminski, whom she married on Sept. 10, 1955; one sister, Marjorie Bissaillon of Adams; five nephews, Scott Bissaillon of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, Dave Bissaillon and his wife, Pam, of Adams, Gary Bissaillon of Auburn, N.Y., Jeffrey Krzeminski and his wife, Hollie, of Gallatin, Tenn., and Chris Krzeminski of Connecticut, and one niece, Kathryn Krzeminski of Quincy.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be Saturday, May 4, at 11:30 a.m. from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 12 noon in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, celebrated by the Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday from 10 until 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
