Andrew B. Cooper

Andrew B. Cooper died May 21, 2013 in Rochester, N.Y. at age 94. He was born in Stockbridge and was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ann; children, Gregory (Pamela) Cooper, Pam CooperVince (Roger Vince); grandchildren, Michael, Melinda and Danielle Cooper, Daniel, Christine and David Cooper-Vince; his brother, Gerald Cooper; and many nieces and nephews.

Andrew was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a longtime member of the Elks and an avid golfer. A special thanks to Christine Uziel who has been like a member of the family, and to the staff of 3 South at St. John's Home for their unceasingly compassionate care.

He was predeceased by his parents; sisters, Charlotta Filkins and Marjorie Wallace; and his brothers, Frederick Cooper, Carl Cooper, and William Cooper.

Friends may call Saturday, 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave., Rochester, N.Y.). A Funeral Service will be immediately held at 3 p.m. Interment at Pittsford Cemetery.
