Charles Edward Shaylor

1945-2014 NORTH ADAMS Charles Edward Shaylor 68, of 25 Bryant St. North Adams died Saturday February 22, 2014 at his home. He was born in Worcester on October 31, 1945 a son of the late George and Eva (King) Shaylor. He attended schools in Worcester and was a decorated veteran of Vietnam War serving with the Marine Corp. He was employed for many years at Flexcom Co. in Spencer, Mass. Survivors include his wife Carolyn (Billings) Scott-Shaylor whom he married February 14, 2008. One daughter Cindy Shaylor of Spencer and two grandchildren. Three sisters Rose Machado of Sutton, Mas. Trudy Demers of Florida and Florence Dupuis of Leicester, Mass., and several stepchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling Hours are Wednesday from 11A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, CENTRAL CHAPELS, 74 Marshall St. North Adams,MA. Military honors will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Burial will take place in the spring. Memorial Donations in his memory maybe made through the funeral home.
