Gilbert Puga III Obituary
Gilbert Puga III, 19, of Big Spring, passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Family Faith Center with burial at Mount Olive Memorial Park.

Gilbert was born Feb. 3, 1996, in Big Spring, Texas. He graduated from Coahoma High School in 2014. He attended Howard College and was presently employed by Bird Electric. He loved his car and motorcycle, football and baseball. He also enjoyed going out to eat. He attended Family Faith Center.

He is survived by his parents, Sylvia Ann Franco of Midland, Amy Puga of Big Spring and Gilbert Ramirez Puga Jr. of Big Spring; two sisters, Nellie Pena of Odessa and Crystal Morales of Midland; three brothers, Adam Rodriguez of Waco, and Steven Bejarano and Jonathan Puga, both of Big Spring; his grandparents, Gilbert Sosa Puga of Big Spring, Mary and Manuel Holguin of Coahoma and Oscar and Amy Franco of Midland; great-grandparents, Cleofas Franco of Big Spring, Moises and Debbie Fierro of San Antonio, Ray and Teresa Booth of Stanton and Silberio Gutierrez of Coahoma; 20 aunts and uncles; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Bejarano; grandmother, Yolanda Anglin, great-grandparents, Oscar T. Franco and Josefina Gutierrez, Guadalupe and Eusebio Ramirez and Cruz and Guadalupe Puga; and two uncles.
