Selena Ann Coyle Gould, 68, of New Braunfels, formerly of Las Vegas, Nev., died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in New Braunfels. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel in Big Spring, Texas.|

Selena was born Dec. 31, 1946, in Big Spring. She was a loving single mother who taught her children that, whether a pauper or a president, to make them feel welcome. Her giving heart was evident in everything she did. She loved to travel, garden, and dance, and loved being a mother, grandmother, and "GiGi."
She was in real estate for 20 years and spent much of her life in Las Vegas, Nev. with her late husband, Joseph B. Gould.
She is survived by her son, Todd Henderson and wife, Carrie, of Las Vegas, Nev.; her daughter, Kim Yensan Spaulding and husband, Rick, of New Braunfels; six grandchildren, Tiffany Portillo, Krystal Henderson, Kaitlyn Henderson, Kacie Henderson, Hannah Spaulding and Rylee Spaulding; one great-grandson, Ricky Henderson; Winters III; one brother, Royce Coyle and wife, Carol of Big Spring; one sister, Kay Barnett of Loraine; numerous nieces and nephews; and a dear friend and caretaker, Dora Gonzalez.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, J. R. and Viola Jane (Jackson) Coyle; a brother-in-law, Barney Barnett; a cousin, Grady Cunningham; and a great nephew, Chase Musgrove.
