Her favorite scriptures were found in Corinthians I, Chapter 13, "The Greatest Gift." She had been a member of First Baptist Church, Hendersonville since 1957.
Sara, or "Sadie" as she was affectionately called by her husband and friends, was a devoted wife and mother, and is survived by her daughter, Susan Redenbo, of Raleigh, and one son, Ronald Jenkins of Hendersonville.
