She is survived by one brother, William McCance Swartout and his wife, Margaret of Knoxville, Tn. Two daughters: Laura Hewlette Belanger and her husband, Matthew of Hendersonville, and Sarah Hewlette Mort and her husband, Colin, of Middletown, Rhode Island.
