Alma Mae Strother, 70, of Boonville, died September 23, 2014 at her home. She was born August 25, 1944 in New Franklin to George Travis and Bertha Bishop Brown.
Prior to retirement she had been employed as a sales manager with Buschart Office Products in Jefferson City.
Survivors include her children, Lisa Trent and husband Kevin and Cara Strother; brother, Jimmy Brown; sisters, Wanda Wells, Janet Lauer, Sandy Brown, Tina Gentry; six grandchildren, Madison Moore, Emily and Tyler Trent, Eli Pearcy, Halee and Cloee Strother and by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Strother and by three sisters, Ruby Smith, Velma Morales and Carolyn Pickert.
