Anna Mae Holman, 81, of Boonville, passed away at Cooper County Memorial Hospital on Monday, Sept. 22, 2014.
Funeral services for Anna will be held at First Baptist Church in Boonville at 12:00 o'clock noon on Saturday, Sept. 27 with Pastor Scott Paris officiating, with burial following at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Boonville. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service, at 11:00 A.M. at the church.
Anna Mae Holman was born June 11, 1933 in Tolu, KY, the daughter of Charles Jefferson Agent and Clester Williams. She was married to J.D. Holman on Sept. 5, 1953 and they are the parents of four children. Anna was a member of First Baptist Church. She was employed by Fuqua Homes in Boonville in the cabinet making department until her retirement. She enjoyed camping, gardening and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her husband, J.D. of the home, her children; Randy Holman (Marcia) of Boonville, Pamela K. Laboube of Texas, Donna (Larry) Coates of New Franklin and Tina Renee (Steve) Jones of Dayton, WY. Her grandchildren; Melissa Anderton, Aaron Baker, Chance Laboube, Jeffrey Holman, Caitlin Holman and Brittany Gonzalez and Dakota Jones as well as her great-grandchildren; Braeden Baker, Claire Holman, Matthew and Kaleb Anderton. Her sister, Etta Wallace, also survives. Anna was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristi Ann Holman and brothers, Wesley, Gene and Ollie Agent.
