Known as Frank, to family and friends, Francis P. Zoeller of Boonville, MO left this world peacefully from his home with family at his side on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014. In celebration of his life, visitation will be held at 5:30 p.m. with rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014 at Davis Funeral Chapel. A memorial mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29th at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Bob Duesdieker officiating.

On August 27, 1926, Frank was born, with his twin sister, to Frank S. and Olivia M. Klein Zoeller in Boonville. He graduated from SS Peter and Paul High School in 1944. After high school, Frank proudly served his country during WW II in the United States Marines Corps. Frank married Winifred Reynolds on May 23, 1949 at SS Peter and Paul Church, and they are the parents of seven children.
As a young man, Frank tended the family garden and worked as a barge deckhand on the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. After the war, he worked as a carpenter and brick mason, leaving his mark of craftsmanship in homes, schools, churches and businesses throughout Missouri, including the Catholic Church Parsonage and present day church. He was a lifelong member of American Legion, SS Peter and Paul Church and Knights of Columbus. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and telling a good story. He will be well remembered for his humor, his beautiful flower gardens and hosting many a delicious fish fry for family and friends.
A few of his beloved family members who have gone before and ready to greet him are his parents; his wife, Winnie, son Patrick and daughter, Evelyn as well as his brother, George and sisters, Agnes Zoeller and Marjorie Love.
Remaining to cherish his memory are his son Michael and wife Debbie; four daughters, Lyndia Watts, Susan Zoeller, Angela Miles and Kathy Zoeller , all of Boonville. His twin sister, Frances Potter of Kent, WA, Rita Young and Sarah Twenter of Boonville, Dorlene Weed of St. Louis, Dolores Foster of Colorado Springs, CO as well as ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, cousins nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Sisters Supportive Living of Boonville or SS Peter and Paul Building Fund.
