Gerald Taylor Mallory 72 of Boonville passed away Tuesday morning March 30 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
A Celebration of Life for Gerald will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 3 at River of Life Assembly of God Church with Rev. Leroy Brown officiating.
Gerald was born September 5, 1937 in New Franklin, MO the son of James Robert Mallory and Annie Mae Grey Mallory. He married Frances Striley in 1956 and later divorced. He then met his life partner of 30 years Frances Offineer. She preceded him in death in 2006. He worked as a carpenter for local contractors for many years until his retirement. He loved the country life as he was an avid outdoorsman especially fishing. Most of all his love was for his family especially his grandchildren.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Catherine, Dolly and Lorene. And two brothers also preceded him, Cecil and Russell. He is survived his four sons, James Robert Mallory of Australia, Gerald Wayne Mallory of Bunceton, MO. John Edward Mallory of Boonville, MO. and Brian Keith Mallory of Boonville, MO. A brother, Henry Alfred Mallory of Mountain Home, Arkansas and a Sister, Patricia Brown of New Franklin also survive. His grandchildren Shea Nicholas Mallory and Reahna Lee Mallory survive and a great grandchild Mariah Doniele Mallory also survive.
