James E. Kluck, 84, of Boonville, passed away at Ashley Manor Care Center in Boonville on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

Visitation for Jim will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Friday evening, March 26 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, March 27th with Father Bob Duesdieker officiating. Burial will follow on Monday, Mar. 29 with military honors at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville with members of the Knights of Columbus serving as pallbearers.
James Eman Kluck was born in Kansas City, MO, May 12, 1925, the son of Martin Kluck Jr. and Barbara Belch Kluck. Mr. Kluck married Wilma Gifford Feb. 1, 1947. She preceded him in death in 1970. They are the parents of four sons. He married Betty Ruth Allen in 1979 in Oklahoma. Mr. Kluck came to Boonville in 1967 where he was associated with MKT railroad until his retirement in 1990. Jim was a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a 4th degree member in the Knights of Columbus. He was involved with several businesses in the Boonville area.
Besides his first wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond 'Sonny' Kluck. He is survived by his wife, Betty Ruth, of the home, his four children, David (Karla) of Boonville, Stephen (Donna) of Columbia, Jim Ray (Richelle), of Boonville and Kenneth (Janet) of Mexico City, Mexico, as well as a sister, Barbara 'Sis' England, also of Boonville, MO.
He is also survived by his stepchildren, Michael Gillum (Emily), Connie Gambrel (Roy), Cheri Rapp, Terri Sienko (Adam), Toni Alley, and Jon Helton. He also leaves behind 43 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the SS Peter & Paul Catholic School or the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Food Pantry.
