Jessie L. McDonough, 87, of Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Mar-Saline Manor in Marshall.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011, at First United Methodist Church in Marshall, with Rev. Kathleen Schmidtke officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in Peninsula Cemetery in Blackwater, MO. Born April 4, 1923, in Blackerwater, MO, she was the daughter of the late Ludwill Allen Cramer and Nellie Annie Tally Cramer. On December 4, 1943, she married Charles R. (Bob) McDonough who survives of the home. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Bob McDonough and wife Darla of Jefferson City, MO; one daughter, Debbie McDonough of Columbia, MO; two granddaughters, Erin Strong and husband Steve and Megan Finley; six great-grandchildren, Sydney, Reilly and Griffin Strong, J.T. Bohlken, Halle Kate Bohlken and Molly Driscoll; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Mae McGuire and Isabelle Finley, and one brother, Bill Cramer.
