Joe B. Daniel, 55, of Prairie Home, MO passed away on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 as the result of an automobile accident.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held a Riverside Christian Church in Boonville at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, Mar. 1, 2014 with Rev. David Mackey officiating. Arrangements under Davis Funeral Chapel.
Joe Daniel was born Oct. 27, 1958 in Amarillo, Texas, the son of James Lewayne Daniel and Patilea Gilbreath Daniel. Joe married Kathryn Parish in Oklahoma City, OK Feb. 20, 1982 and they are the parents of four children. Joe enjoyed working and was employed by D.H. Pace Overhead Door Co. out of Kansas City where he earned the honor of employee of the year last year. Joe enjoyed cooking, especially smoking and Bar-B-Q. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on old cars. His family, especially his grand babies were the light of his life. His character in Christ was the most important thing to him and was witnessed by those who knew him.
Mr. Daniel was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father, of Texas; by his wife, Kathryn, of the home, his children, Sean Thomas (Ashley) Daniel of Kansas City, MO, Carly (Cameron) Webster, of Laramie, WY, Kathryn (Gabriel) Hancock of Kansas City, MO, and Ruth Daniel of Prairie Home. His siblings, David and Jim Daniel, and Cindy White, all of Texas survive as well as his beloved grandchildren; Samuel, Jubilee, Talula, Penelope, Arlo and one on the way also survive.
