Kyle Sylvester Koechner, 54, of Tipton, MO passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at his residence.  He was born on June 23, 1958 in Boonville, MO the son of Virgil J. and Mary Jane (Hartman) Koechner, both of whom survive of Tipton, MO.  He was married on April 25, 1987 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Tipton to Kathy McCoy, who survives of the home.  He graduated eighth grade from St. Andrew's School, and was a 1976 graduate of Tipton High School.  He worked at the Tipton Correctional Facility.  Kyle enjoyed working with cattle and enjoyed reading his Bible.  He was the owner of KK Kattle Kompany and lived in Tipton all of his life.  He is survived by two sons, Klinton Koechner of Seoul, S. Korea, and Kole Koechner of Independence, MO; two brothers, Kirk Koechner and Kent Koechner, both of Tipton; three sisters, Kim Spencer of Marion, AR, Karen Hohne of Sedalia, and Karla Wood of Latham.  Private family services and inurnment will be at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Andrew's School, c/o Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, 100 S. Oak, California, MO 65018.  Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, MO.
