Linda Sue Bishop, age 58, of Boonville, passed away at her home on October 29, 2014 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Fayette, Missouri on August 3, 1956 to John Mets and Evelyn Kirby Webster. Linda married Ronnie Dale Bishop on November 13, 1971 and he survives at their home.
Linda had been employed with Boben Heel Factory and Ashley Manor both in Boonville. She was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church and enjoyed her family, working with elderly people, reading and playing bingo.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Dale Bishop of Boonville; three children, Rhonda Sue Knox and Matthew Dale Bishop of Boonville and Dana Jean Norris of Glasgow; two sisters, Ruby Ann Monteer of Franklin and Judith Mae Simmons of Boonville and a brother, Eric Kyle Webster of Boonville. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Elizabeth Mae Knox, Joseph Michael Knox, Lauren Nicole Knox, Allison Marie Norris, Hannah Nicole Norris, Autumn Grace Norris and Madison Rene Bishop.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Stanley Dexter Webster.
Services honoring her life will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 3, 2014 at Markland-Yager Funeral Home in New Franklin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at a late date at Sulphur Springs Cemetery in rural Howard County.
