Lula Mae Roehrs, 83, of Bunceton, MO, passed away on Wednesday evening, Dec. 17th, 2014 at Cooper County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services for Lula Mae will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014 with Pastor Paul Weisenborn officiating. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the service, from 9:00 until 11:00 o'clock. Burial will follow at Bunceton Masonic Cemetery.
Lula Mae Roehrs was born August 19, 1931 in Bunceton, MO, the daughter of Walter S. Wilson and Hilma N. Draffen Wilson. She graduated from Bunceton High School in 1949 and shortly thereafter she married Charles Roehrs on Sept. 8th, 1950. Lula Mae was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lone Elm. She enjoyed cooking and sewing, especially embroidering.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, Frank Heisler, and a brother, William J. Heisler. She is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home, her sisters; Norma D. (Aubrey) Farris of Lee's Summit, Quillie L. (Charles) Alexander of Kansas City and Nancy Heisler of Boonville, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church or to the Bunceton Masonic Cemetery.
