Minnie L. Aggans, 87, of Boonville, passed away at Ashley Manor Care Center, Saturday morning, July 30, 2016.

Funeral services for Minnie will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at Davis Funeral Chapel with Pastor Roger McMurry officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, from 1 p.m. until time of service.
Minnie Lucille Aggans was born March 14, 1929, in Los Amimos, Colorado, the daughter of Maurice Hickam and Laura Phipps Hickam. Minnie married James E. Aggans April 23, 1949, in Charleston, Arkansas. She was a devout member of the First Christian Church in Boonville. Minnie had worked for Spic and Span Cleaners for several years; however her passion was babysitting, which generated many lifetime friendships. She had an extensive collection of dolls as well as other interests, including the St. Louis Cardinals.
Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 2011, and her son, James Jr. in 2010, as well as her brothers; Henry, Alex, Earl and Roy Hickam and sisters, Pearl Hickam Friedrich and Esther Hickam. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kay Korte of Marshfield, Mo., brother, Everett Hickam of Huntsville, Mo., sisters, Dorothy Acton, of Donna, Texas, and Wanda Schull of Boonville. Her grandchildren; Erica Korte of Marshfield, Grant (Jennifer) Korte of Hayes, Virginia and great- grandchildren, Halea Korte of Virginia and Ella Korte of Marshfied, also survive.
Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church in Boonville.
