Fisher, Sr. Raymond L. 77, of Sebring, Fl., formerly of Bunceton, Mo. passed away peacefully at his home on August 3, 2010. Ray was born on June 11, 1933 to Charles and Rosalie Fisher, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by an older brother, Don.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Carol, of 59 years. Two daughters, LeaAnn Rashkin of Boonville, Mo., Cheri Fry (Donnie) of Bunceton, Mo. And a son, Ray, Jr. (Leigh) of Columbia, Mo. A sister,?Carolyn Rice (Steve) of Excelsior Springs, Mo. 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He worked as an aircraft machinist for 18 years in the state of California. He worked in industrial maintenance and product engineering while also farming for 32 years in Bunceton, Mo. He and his wife, Carol had managed Woody's RV Resort in Sebring the last 4 years.
Ray was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. Loved spending time with his family and friends. He and his wife enjoyed traveling throughout the years. Their most recent trips were to Europe and Alaska. Ray attended Grace Bible Church.
