Vera E. Nadeau, 85, of Boonville passed away at Ashley Manor Care Center on Thursday night, July 28.
Loving wife of Tim Nadeau, Loving Mother to Jon Nadeau, Gary Nadeau and Renee Nadeau. Loving grandmother, great- grandmother and great-great grandmother.
Vera has donated here body to medical research; therefore no memorial services are planned at this time, but remembrances can be made to stem cell research.
Vera E. Nadeau was born in St. Louis, Mo., March 5, 1926, the daughter of Ocea Lester Staples and Mabel Claire Utley Staples. She married Tim Nadeau in St. Louis in 1946 and they are the parents of three children. They moved to Boonville in 1986 and became involved in the community, where Vera contributed her time and talents to the community theaters and other entertainment venues. She was a very out going person who never met a stranger and always had something good to say about others. She could talk about any subject because she loved to read. Other pleasures in life was gardening and enjoying nature.
Vera is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, Tim, of the home; her children, Jon Nadeau of Appleton, Wis., Gary Nadeau of O'Fallon, Mo., and Renee Nadeau of Imperial, Mo. Four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.
