Harry E. Griffith, 90 of Boonville passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia, Missouri.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at William Wood Funeral Home, Boonville, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm prior to services. Burial will follow at Old Lamine Cemetery, Cooper County, Missouri.

Harry was born on Sunday, December 25, 1921 in Sedalia, Missouri to Naulten C. & Ella Griffith. He served his country faithfully during WWII in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant. Harry was united in marriage on April 24, 1955 in Boonville, Missouri to Lena "Woody" Travis Griffith. He was employed with the Missouri Training School as a farm manager for over 23 years. Harry farmed the Boonville area his whole life. After retirement, Harry & Lena loved to travel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, and 2 children.

He is survived by his son and his wife, Stormy & Shirley O'Bryan and their children, Paul, Rob, Ginny and Teresa, his son-in-law, Lee Vogt and his children, Mark, Kathy, Becky, Debbie, Angela and a great-grandson, Joe, grandchildren, Donnie, Micheline and Kelly, a brother and his wife, Floyd & Kathy Griffith and their children, Gary and John.
