Andrew Bell Obituary

Andrew "Drew" Bell departed this world on Saturday March 10, 2018 in Amarillo, Texas. He was 39 years old.
Andrew was born January 12, 1979 in Amarillo to Jan and Donald Bell. He grew up in Fritch graduating from Sanford-Fritch High School in 1997. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He spent many years working in restaurant management in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Sacramento, California. An avid traveler and free spirit, he visited New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and various other countries throughout Europe. Andrew will be remembered for his fearless sense of humor, quick wit, bold opinions, and boundless generosity to friends and family. He continued to give in death through organ donation.
Andrew is survived by his parents Jan and Donald Bell of Fritch, Texas; grandfather Arvin Cowan of Fritch; grandmother VaLois Bell of Fritch; sister Alicia Bice and brother-in-law Scott of Canyon; sister Audra Anderson and brother-in-law Donald of Fritch; sister Andrea Lewis and brother-in-law Josh of Amarillo; & sister Averie Bell of Dallas, Texas. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews: Callen, Casen, Landri, Lynlee, Aidan, Jaxon, Anson Drew, and Emma Lou. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Leona Cowan and grandfather James "Buck" Bell.
A memorial service will be held Saturday March 17th at 11:00 AM at the Fritch Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made to The Carter Center, LifeGift, or charity of your choice.
