Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Gomez and family,
My name is Louis Maloof. I am 81. When I was confirmed at St. Joseph's Church in Newport RI, I believe Ludgero and I walked down the aisle together.
I would like to know if I am correct. You can contact me at [email protected]. In any case, I will remember Ludgero in my prayers.

Like many, Lu first entered our lives through his profession. He departs as a dear and true friend of nearly forty years. Elaine, please know that we share your sadness and the huge loss that you and your children and grandchildren feel with Lu's passing. The world is better for the time that he shared with us and the lessons he taught by example. Good bye, good friend.

Mrs. Gomez and Family,
Dr. Gomez was an exceptional all around family man and I could go on endlessly describing his fine qualities. Although it is never easy accepting the lost of a love one, he is at peace, may God guide you and your family through these difficult days.
Fondly,

Dear Elaine,
Jim and I extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family on the passing of Lou. Melinda fondly remembers those rides to Tabor that were often complete with chocolate "donuts" which Lou wisely designated as "brain food." We will remember Lou as a wonderful professional and a caring and active member of the community as well as a great example for the kids.
Please remember us to your children.
Sincerely,
Jackie Lane

To the Gomez Family, I'm so sorry to hear about Dr. Gomez. He was truly a wonderful man. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing him outside of being a patient but he always made you feel like a friend. I would always tell people that he was best dentist anywhere and would drive from Brockton to still see him... My kids also adored him... That man never caused pain even pulling wisdom teeth in his office.
But my favorite story is how when my daughter was little and we would see him in Falmouth on Wednesdays and he would do the cleaning.. He would put gloves and a mask on her and let her "clean mommy's teeth" she got to hold the mirror and thought that was the best thing ever. My daughter and son never feared the dentist like some kids do and I give that credit to him.
Truly a great man.
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss..

Dear Dad,

I'm so blessed to have had you as a father. You made me into the man I am today and I know you are so very proud of me. I promise you that I will look after Mom. I promise that I will strive to live up to the amazing example you have set for me. You taught me so many things over your lifetime. I wish we had more time together. I will miss you terribly, but I know you will be there watching over me, my siblings, and my family. I eagerly await our reunion in heaven. No doubt you will have much to teach me again. You are my angel and I ask that you watch over my family, protect us from harm, and keep us true to one-another. I am so lucky to have shared the last year with you. I will miss touching your face and shaving your beard. I will miss kissing you on the head. I will miss your smell. I will miss your sass and wry wit. I will miss our not-so-secret visits to the bakery for nata cakes and linguica, egg, and cheese rolls. I will miss watching you walk. I will miss your smile. I will miss talking to you or hearing your voice in the background on my daily drive into work. You remained graceful and elegant despite all of the pain and setbacks. As so many have said, you are a true gentleman. You are my father and my hero and I am eternally grateful for your presence in my life.

I love you Dad!
