BIERLICH, Christopher M. Of Braintree, Sept 24th, age 51. Cherished son of the late Russell and Constance Bierlich. Devoted brother of Russell Jr. of Randolph, Mark of Braintree, Melissa Giannangelo and her husband Chris of Dedham and the late Michael Bierlich and Kellie Erskine. Loving uncle of Eric Bierlich and Zachary Giannangelo and also survived by many relatives and friends. Visiting hours will be held Friday evening from 4-8 at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK. Relatives and friends invited. BIGHAM, DONALD W. - Falmouth  
BIGHAM, Donald W. Died on August 22, 2016. He was 85 years old. He was the husband of Mary Ballentine Bigham. Born and raised in Waltham. He graduated from Waltham High School, Vermont Academy, Dartmouth College in 1959, and Harvard Business School. Mr. Bigham worked for a number of years as a marketing and advertising executive in both New York and Boston. He moved to Falmouth in 1989 to assist his aging parents. He was a member of the Falmouth Council on Aging. He loves to sing and was a member of the greater Falmouth almost all male choir. He served as an usher and sang in the choir at the West Falmouth United Church. He leaves behind three sons. Peter Bigham of Jamaica Plain, MA, Andrew Bigham of Medfield, MA and Thomas Bigham of Grass Valley, California, a niece Melinda Sexton of Virginia, as well as five grandchildren. Katherine Bigham of Brooklyn NY, Amy and Audrey Bigham of Medfield MA, Haley Click of Joshua Tree CA, and Jackson Bigham of Sunnyvale, CA. Services will be held at the West Falmouth Methodist Church, 636 W Falmouth Hwy, West Falmouth, MA on Saturday, October 29th at 2 PM. Burial to follow at the Cataumet Cemetery. BLOOM, STEWART Passed away September 27, 2016. A legacy of caring?beloved husband for 61 years of Renata, loving father of April (Bob) Snyder & Craig (Jessica) Bloom, cherished grandfather of Rachel (Drew) Katz, Adam Snyder, Diana & David Bloom, adored great-grandfather of Maya Joy Katz, dear brother of Claire (Rubin) & brother-in-law of Ira Alex Harris, cousins Elaine Multer, Judge Gerald Mager & Claire Jaffe. He was charming & sweet, with an enormous capacity for sharing & loving those that meant so much to him. Every one of his grandchildren's friends call him "Zadie" (grandfather). Thankfully, he has left his family with an arsenal of tales rich in history and humor. Born to Kay & David Bloom of Newton, MA, where he cultivated his love for baseball and the Boston Red Sox. BONADIO, Caterina (Marchione) Of West Newton, Sept. 8th, 2016 in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Michele Bonadio. Loving & devoted mother of Pietro Bonadio and his wife Maria of Australia, Anthony Bonadio and his wife Cristina of Waltham, Maria Nicolazzo and her late husband Michelangelo of West Newton, Franco Bonadio and his wife Nadia of West Newton, and Vincenza Villella and her husband Luigi of Italy. In addition she is survived by 15 cherished grandchildren, 33 adoring great grandchildren, a precious great great grandson and many nieces & nephews from around the world. She was predeceased by her parents Andrea and Carolina (Caruso) Marchione and seven brothers & sisters. BORKOWSKI, Dorothy Claire (Gaquin) Age 93 of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts dearly loved for her cheerful, loving nature, died peacefully in her home on September 25. Born in Boston, MA in 1923 she was the daughter of Michael Gaquin and Della (Mulhern) Gaquin. She was the wife of the late Winslow J. Borkowski MD and is predeceased by her siblings: the late Mary T Gaquin, Thomas E Gaquin, John F X Gaquin, and Edwin Gaquin. She leaves behind her five children, Winslow J Borkowski MD (Debora) of Omaha, NE, Kathleen M Orlando of East Dennis, MA, Justin P Borkowski Esq (Theresa) of Springfield PA, Regina M Hisey (Richard) of Gwynedd Valley ,PA and Teresa A Borkowski MD of Chestnut Hill , MA. Also survived by five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Pamela, Brian, Megan and William, and many nephews and nieces. There will be a celebration of Dorothy's life Friday, September 30, with visitation from10 am to 12 noon at the Hallett Funeral Home 273 Station Avenue South Yarmouth MA. BOURGEOIS, ERIC GERARD - New Bedford  
BOURGEOIS, Eric Gerard, Ph.D. Age 63, passed away on September 1, 2016, at his residence in New Bedford, Mass. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son of the late Ernest Gerard and Allmeda (Keennan) Bourgeois. He is survived by four sisters: Gail Bourgeois of Quebec, Ann Bourgeois of West Virginia, June Bourgeois of Maine and Cheryl Ruth of West Virginia; by two nephews: Thomas M. Bourgeois and Daniel Bourgeois-Capozzi and by his niece, Erica Ruth. Eric received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and his Master of Arts and Doctorate degrees from Northeastern University. He was Associate Professor of Sociology at Bristol Community College for 5 years and had been an adjunct professor at UMass Lowell, Bridgewater College and UMass Dartmouth. A scholarship fund is being established to keep Eric's memory alive. Donations may be made to the Dr. Eric G. Bourgeois Memorial Scholarship Fund and mailed to: Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts, 30 Cornell St., New Bedford, MA 02740. BRADLEY, David Huntington Of Needham and a former longtime resident of Weston died peacefully and comfortably on June 18, 2016. He was the son of the late Robert H. Bradley, Sr. and Ellenor R. (Hall) Bradley. Beloved husband for 71 years of the late Barbara Boyd "Bobbie" Bradley who died on October 26, 2015. Loving father of David "Chip" Bradley, Jr. and his wife Lucy of Weston; Stephen C. Bradley and his wife Melinda of Wellesley; Elizabeth "Betsy" Coughlan of Kennebunk, ME and the late Douglas B. Bradley who died on September 7, 2015. Cherished grandfather of Amory B. Barnes and her husband Eli; Jessica B. Roberson and her husband Neil; Stephanie B. Ade and her husband Chris; Chandler W. Bradley and his wife Lara-Anne; Kelley E. Weaver and her husband Hunter; Christina H. Bradley; Ian D. Coughlan; Christopher B. Coughlan. Great-grandfather of Reid Roberson; Hadley Barnes, Brooke Roberson, Parker Barnes and Abigail Ade. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 320 Boston Post Road, Weston. BRENNAN, Elizabeth C. (Rose) 95, of Natick and formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away surrounded by her family on September 27, 2016. She was married to the late Edwin F. Brennan for 61 years. She is survived by daughter Victoria Brennan and husband Robert Pratt of Wayland, daughter Carla Brennan of Santa Cruz, CA and granddaughter Eliza Brennan-Pratt of Somerville. Also her brother Donald Rose and wife Nancy Jean of Valencia, PA, her sister Charmaine Rose of Concord, NH, and many loving nieces and nephews. She lived most of her life in Pittsburgh and Whitehall, PA moving to MA to be close to family in 2010. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State (B.A. '42) and earned an M.S. from Duquesne in '66. She worked for IBM for 5 years as a service bureau manager and later became a reading specialist/school librarian for the Baldwin-Whitehall School District for 15 years.
