Lehan and her husband Sonhando Estwick of NY, NY and Amy Lehan-Coon and her husband Paul of Maple Grove, MN, two sisters; Patricia Deveau of Watertown and Mary Darragh of Charlestown, her brother; John McCadden of Wareham, and eleven grandchildren; Matthew, Joseph, Caroline, Olivia, Daniel, William, Alyssa, Jack, John Michael, Natalie, and Emily. Her funeral will be held from the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Mon., May 4 at 8:00 AM, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Michael's Church, 90 Concord Rd., Bedford, at 9:00 AM. Loving father of Laurie T. and her husband Michael Moore, Lisa A. and her husband Herbert Slack all of Walpole. Cherished grandfather of Ryan Moore and Mollie Moore. Brother of Linda Connors and Lee Lehto both of Walpole. LEWIS, BEVERLY ANNE (CARPENTER) - Somerville  
Lewis, Beverly Anne (Carpenter) 2/20/1932-4/27/2015. Born in Pataskala, Ohio, Beverly lived in a number of locations throughout the Midwest and eastern United States, finally settling in Somerville, MA. She was a graduate of the Northfield School. She met her husband of 31 years, Philip, V. Lewis, Sr., while working in a Saginaw Michigan record store and they married in 1952. In the 1960's and 1970's, she worked at WOTW Radio in Nashua, NH, where she co-hosted a popular daily morning talk show called "Impact." Beverly later worked for 16 years at Koch Membrane Systems (later Koch Industries) in Wilmington, MA. She enjoyed reading, music and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Philip. She is survived by her brothers Chauncey Carpenter of Savannah, GA and Richard Carpenter of Rock Hill, SC, a daughter Carol Lewis and her husband Olav C. Henriksen of Somerville, MA, a son Philip V. Lewis, Jr and his wife Penney of Alton, NH, a son Robert C. Lewis and his wife Tracey of Belchertown, MA, as well as five grandchildren Tanya, William, Marianne, Taylor and Robbie, and three great grandchildren Camron, Hayden and Analese. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 4:00 pm at the First Parish Unitarian-Universalist Church, 630 Massachusetts Ave. Arlington, MA 02476. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beverly's memory may be sent to the Somerville Museum, One Westwood Rd, Somerville, MA 02143.

LIBERTY, Rose (Spector) 83, beloved wife of the late H. Bernard Liberty died April 29th at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. Born in Chelsea the daughter of the late Nathan and Ann (Schectman) Spector. Raised and educated in Chelsea a graduate of Chelsea High School Class of 1949. She had been employed with Bank of Boston as an executive secretary retiring after 20 years. She was a member of the Temple Emeth Sisterhood, Mizrachi of Del Ray Beach FL, Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home Auxiliary and the Orange St. Shul. She is survived by her children Nelson Liberty & his wife Marcy of GA, Arleen Stoller & her husband Jeffery of Marlborough & Bryan Liberty & his wife Susan of Milton, grandchildren Samantha, Amanda & Nathan Liberty & Max Stoller. Sister of the late Samuel Spector, Dorothy Finklestein & Pearl Peters. LIENHARD, Nancy A. (Antalek) Age 54, of Natick, died peacefully on Monday, April 27, 2015. Beloved wife of Paul F. Lienhard and daughter of Bertold Antalek of Natick and the late Deanna (Waterman) Antalek. Loving mother of Jacqueline McCarthy and her husband Charles of Dedham, and Jimmy Lienhard of Framingham. LIPTON, LEAH - Wayland  
LIPTON, Leah Formerly a long term resident of Wayland and a summer resident of Nantucket, passes away in Duxbury on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 after years of Alzheimer's Disease at age 87. Ms. Lipton, born in Kearny, NJ earned a B.A. from Douglas College and an M.F.A. from Radcliffe College. Ms. Lipton and her husband settled in Wayland, where she was an active member of the community, twice elected to the town Planning Board. From 1973, Ms. Lipton taught Art History at Framingham State College (later University) where she was eventually tenured and served as Chairperson of the Department. While at Framingham, she and colleagues successfully filed a grievance against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to remedy the practice of lower pay for female that male professors. During her time as a professor, she helped found the Danforth Museum, an art museum in Framingham which has become part of the cultural fabric of that community. In the 1980's, Ms. Lipton, pursuing her interest in U.S. portrait painters, embarked on a new endeavor curating exhibits of portraits. Her first exhibit and book entitled "A Truthful Likeness", presented the work of forgotten early 19thy century portraitist Chester Harding, who painted famous Americans of the time from Daniel Webster to Daniel Boone. The exhibit showed at the U.S. Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. in 1985. She later curated an exhibition of the work of 20th century painter Charles Hopkinson of Manchester, Massachusetts. Lee was also an ardent and talented classical pianist. Lee Lipton, born Leah Shneyer, married Herbert Lipton in 1951. Herb, a psychologist and an active member of Wayland's political community, passed away in 1979. She is survived by her three children; David of Washington, D.C., Ivan of Bourne and Rachel of Boston, and five grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the First Parish in Wayland, 50 Cochituate Rd (Wayland Center), Wayland. Loftus, Marie Jeanne (Martel) Of Randolph, passed away April 27th at the age of 82. Born in Fall River, Marie was raised and educated in Quincy, and had been a resident of Randolph for 18 years. She worked for the Boston Public Library. Marie enjoyed reading, music, tending to her plants, and was an active member of the Boston Church of Christ. Beloved wife of the late Robert Loftus. Loving mother of Robert Loftus, Jr. and his wife Becky Baumgardner of TN, Jeannine Loftus of N.
