ALDERMAN, BERNARD D. - Framingham  
ALDERMAN, Bernard D. Age 86, passed away on December 25, 2014, in Madison. He was born and raised in Beverly, MA. He attended Colby College in Maine (1947-51). He then trained at Andover-Newton Theological School and became the pastor at Livermore Falls Baptist Church and Moose Hill Free Will Baptist Church (1954-63). In 1963 he married Jean Poole, also of Beverly, MA, and they went abroad to study in Vienna, where Bernard was a student of Viktor Frankl. Upon return to the States, he was asked to be a two-year interim Dean of Students at the New England Conservatory. His deep interest in people and their problems took him to the Center Club of Boston, a social club catering to those who had been in mental hospitals. He worked at Center Club for 19 years and ultimately became Director of the Club, now located at Bowker St., Boston. Later he became a Supervisor at Mystic Valley Elder Services in Malden, MA. Upon retirement he continued to volunteer both as a teacher of English as a second language and with the elderly in Framingham, where he lived for 28 years. His life was one of service. He leaves his wife of 51 years, Jean; a sister, Barbara Joy of Beverly, a son, Ian, daughter-in-law, Irene, and young grandchildren, Lillian (8) and Miles (4). ANDERSON, INGRID - Concord  
Anderson, Ingrid Age 62, a lifelong Concord resident, died at home on Dec. 17 after a lengthy illness. Survivors include her sisters, Jean Lord of Bolton, Pauline Oliver of Concord, and Ruth Anderson of Brighton, CO. Numerous nieces and nephews dot the landscape. ANDERSON, URBAN O. - Manchester By The Sea  
ANDERSON, Urban, O. "Andy" Of Manchester-by-the-Sea 82, died Saturday, December 20, 2014 in the Seacoast Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Gloucester. He was the beloved husband of Carolyn M. (Hull) Anderson. He is also survived by his sister, Anna Pettersen of Sweden; a brother-in-law, Robert Hull; sister-in-law, Priscilla Herdman and many nieces and nephews. Born in Roslindale on October 13, 1932, he was the son of the late Bror and Inga Anderson. A graduate of Roslindale High School, he had resided in Roslindale for many years before moving to Manchester-by-the-Sea forty years ago. Andy was employed as a signal engineer for the MBTA for many years before his retirement due to ill health. He loved geography and enjoyed studying maps. He prided himself for having a photographic memory and knew all the back roads from Cape Ann to Cape Cod. His funeral service will be privately held at the convenience of the family. ANTONAKOS, NICHOLAS G. - Arlington  
Antonakos, Nicholas G. Of Arlington, MA, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Nicholas was born in Lowell, MA; He was the son of the late George and Styliani "Stella" Antonakos who emigrated from Greece. The family moved to Dorchester, MA where they lived for many years, before settling in Arlington. Nicholas was a loyal member of Saint Athanasius Greek Orthodox Church of Arlington. He is predeceased by his sisters, Frances Antonakos, Pauline Macaris, Mary Pergantis, and his brothers, Michael, James and John Antonakos. He is survived by one brother, Charles Antonakos and his wife Helen Antonakos of Quincy, one sister in law Sophie Antonakos of Chelmsford, and ten nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Athanasius Greek Orthodox Church, 4 Appleton St., Arlington, MA 02476 on Monday, December 29th from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, followed by his funeral at 11:00 AM.
