RODRIGUEZ, Diego At 94 years, "The Unofficial Mayor of the St. George Condos on Revere Beach", in Revere, formerly of East Boston, on Easter Sunday, March 31, unexpectedly. The beloved husband of 51 years to Mildred E. "Millie" (Carrozza) Rodriguez. Dear brother of Sergio Rodriguez of Cuba. Also lovingly survived by his sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Frances DiPlacido & her husband John of Royal Palms, FL, his sister-in-law, Rose Carrozza of Wilmington & many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews, here & in Cuba. Family & friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rt. 107), REVERE, on Sat., April 6 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Revere, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours are Friday only 4-8 p.m. Parking available left of the funeral home. Entombment in the Sheffield Building at Woodlawn Community Mausoleum. Longtime member of the ILGWU, Local #24.
