McGEOWN, Elizabeth 98, of Manchester, NH died peacefully at home Saturday, February 2nd following a brief illness. Elizabeth is survived by her son, Arthur McGeown; 4 daughters, Jean Coffey, Sarah Danca and her husband, John, Mary Parsley and her husband, John, and Agnes McGeown and her husband, William Berg Jr.; one brother, Edmund Cusack of County Galway, Ireland; 42 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, She had a way of making each of them feel "special". She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Elizabeth was predeceased by her first husband, Arthur F. McGeown; her second husband, Herbert B. Osborn; daughter Ann Taylor; sons-in-law Dwight Taylor and Bernard Coffey; daughter-in-law Reba McGeown; four brothers and four sisters. The family will receive visitors 10:30am-12:30pm Friday, February 8th at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, NH followed immediately by a funeral service in the funeral home. Elizabeth will be laid to rest at 2:30pm at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, NH.
