Lundgren, Frederick William Jr.
Of Dennisport, MA and Jensen Beach, FL passed away peacefully July 14, 2013. He was born on July 31, 1925 in Cambridge to his parents the late Frederick W Lundgren, Sr. and the late Dorothy Parker Lundgren. He was brother to, the late Dorothy Lutton and Karl Lundgren of Groton. He attended Somerville High School and Northeastern University. He proudly served his country in World War II. He was a "salesman's salesman", holding the position of V.P. of Diagnostic Research Laboratory until the company was bought by Corning Medical. He retired in 1996. He is survived by his beloved wife of 17 wonderful years Frances R. Lundgren, his son Frederick W Lundgren, III and his wife Lynn of Welches, OR, his daughter Pamela Cone and husband Brad of Salem, NH, son Peter T. Lundgren of Dennisport, his late daughter Karen Dee Lundgren, and his step daughters, Kelley McDonough of CO, and Angela Webb of Houston. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A burial service will be held at Puritan Lawn Cemetery in Peabody, MA at 10am on Saturday, July 20, 2013, followed by a reception to celebrate his life.
