Sister Maria Delaney, CSJ In her 67th year as a beloved member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Daughter of the late Leonard J. and Mary E. (Dowling) Delaney. Survived by her beloved sister, Clare E. Kiely, her nephews and their wives, grandnieces and grandnephews. Formerly missioned as a teacher at St. Agnes School, Arlington; Mount St. Joseph Academy, Brighton; Regis College, Framingham Campus; Fontbonne Academy, Milton; and Jackson School, Newton; and Principal at St. Mary School, Brookline. Sister Maria also served on the Leadership Council of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston. Visiting hours at Holy Spirit Chapel, Bethany Health Care Center, 97 Bethany Road, Framingham, Tuesday, May 27, 2014, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Prayer Service at 10:15 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass and Prayers of Final Commendation at 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:00 p.m. All will gather at St. Joseph Cemetery,990 Lagrange Street, West Roxbury.
