LOCKWOOD, Mary E. 92, died peacefully at Pond Home in Wrentham, Mass., Sunday, April 21, of congestive heart failure. She was the wife of the late Charles G. Lockwood. Born in Tarrytown, N.Y. on April 16, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Norah (Dermody) Regan. After graduating from White Plains High School, she worked as a telephone operator for the New York Telephone Co. She was later employed as chief telephone operator for Ciba-Geigy Corp. in Ardsley, N.Y., until her retirement. She was a resident of Ardsley for more than 50 years, until moving to Foxboro in 1999. In Foxboro, she found a welcoming community and made many new friends through the Foxboro Senior Citizens Center. She was devoted to her family, loved dining out and was an avid New England Patriots fan. She was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed. Survivors include daughters Nora Tooher of Foxboro and Nancy Meyer of Scotia, N.Y.; sons-in-law Paul Tooher and Robert Meyer; grandchildren James Tooher; Kimberly Oliver and her husband, Mark Oliver; Elizabeth Payne and her husband, James Payne; nephew Edward Hintz of Gahanna, Ohio, and his family; great-grandchildren Owen Oliver and Lucy Payne; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Michael Regan, John Regan and Anna Hintz. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St. FOXBORO. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxboro. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, White Plains, N.Y. on Saturday at 11 am.
