Died quietly in Portland, OR on February 1, 2008. Fans of ABC's General Hospital during the Luke and Laura phenomenon knew her as Amy Vining, Laura's younger sister. Her "Lacy Afternoon" label became a Home Shopping Network best-seller, bolstered by her "Lacy Ladies Fan Club." Shell also wrote a book, "Make Fashion Magic." In addition, Ms. Kepler wrote and recorded an album called "Popular Girl." She was an energetically talented and creative person. She will be missed by her family, friends, and fans. She is survived by her loving parents, Fred and Lenore (Schofield) Kepler of Gloucester, MA; her devoted brother, Fred Kepler of Portland, OR; loving aunts and uncles: and numerous cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Charlotte (Fisenne) Kepler of Brooklyn, NY. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday in Los Angeles. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be directed to the Motion Picture and Television Fund or Actors Fund.
