Rigoli, Peter Joseph Formerly of Newton, Ma, passed away on February 4th, and will be greatly missed by many. He was a dear, loving, and kind soul who always had a smile and helping hand for anyone in need. He was caring even in the most difficult of times. His laughter and stories were often a bright light to all who had the blessing of knowing him. While staying at an assisted living facility in Gulf Breeze, Florida, he brought much joy to the residents who became his friends. Predeceased by his beloved parents, Claire and Philip Rigoli formerly of Newton and survived by his five brothers, Robert of Little River, SC, Philip J. of Needham, James of Burlington, Joseph of Bellingham, and Donald of Attleboro, and his sister, Marie Holland of Lowell, along with his two children, Robin Monti of Norton and Anthony P. Rigoli of Marlborough, and four grandchildren, many nieces and nephew and loving friends. He grew up in Newton, graduated from Newton High School, worked for Verizon as a service technician for many years and was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the United States Naval Reserve for twenty years. We are most grateful for his devoted and upstanding service and he will remain forever in our hearts. He will be buried in a private graveside service. Andrew J. Magni & Son F.H., Newton
