RUTH (BEACH) ARCH(1919 - 2013)

ARCH, Ruth (Beach) Of Peabody, formerly of Lexington, October 12, 2013. Born June 8, 1919, graduated from Arlington High School & Leslie College. Married Lawrence Burnap Arch on January 6, 1946 in Lexington. Ruth was an avid gardener, seamstress & crafter, and her creations will be treasured by her family for many generations. Ruth dedicated many years to the Lexington Chapter of Eastern Star, and the Advisory Board for the Rainbow Girls. She is survived by her devoted husband, Lawrence, son, Sherrard and his wife Marianne, daughter, Deborah, grandson, Eric and his long-time girlfriend, Natalie, and grandson, Scott and his wife, Susan, and great-grandchildren, Mason and Lily Arch. A funeral service will be held Friday, October 18 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Wor-then Rd., LEXINGTON, at 12pm. Relatives & friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation Friday prior to the service from 10am-12pm.
