I worked with Rick at SPRU-DP in Schenectady, NY...we became good friends through sharing of music CDs, since I travel back and forth to Pittsburgh, PA and I would listen to what he had shared. Great person, open door policy to anyone needing help. I was shocked at hearing of his passing last year. I decided to look for his obit. Prayers and sympathies to family and friends of Rich.

It was a pleasure working with Rich. I fondly remember all those times he beat me at racquetball while at Plum Brook! I'm glad I had the opportunity at Zion to share our old stories. He will certainly be missed, but good memories he has left for us.

My prayers go out to all of Rich's family, and words can't help the hurt, but know that God will help you through this heart breaking time. I met Rich at Plum Brook and what a great person he was. He spoke often of his family and I could tell they were always in his heart. God will take care of him and you will see him again.

Christine, we want you to know you all have been in our hearts and and prayers these past days and weeks since Rich became so ill. Though I only met him a few times, my impressions is that he was 'one of the good ones', and spoken of so highly by Mark, having had the pleasure of working with him. He will be sadly missed by so many in the workforce. God's Blessing upon you and your family, and may Heaven hold him close.
