Robert A. Paskett

PASKETT, Robert A. Of Hingham, died October 15, 2010. Beloved husband of Beatrice L. (Blanchard) Paskett of Hingham. Loving father of Ellen Thurston and her husband Thomas of Duxbury. Brother of Herbert Paskett of California. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Robert was born in New York and graduated from New York University, prior to moving to the Boston Area. Bob was a United States Navy veteran of Korea where he served as a pilot. He knew from an early age that he wanted to fly and turned his military experience into a 32 year career with Trans World Airlines as an airline pilot Captain. He enjoyed time home with his family where he tended to their garden, cooked and enjoyed golf. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Tuesday 4- 8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Cremation to follow.
