Dear Vera, children and all who were touched by Jon in some way, I knew Jon as we grew up at Wilson Lake. I am sorry I did not get to know him as an adult. Because of those summers at the cottage, I have many fond memories of Jon and all the fun we had together. Whether it be skiing, swimming, "borrowing apples", getting lost in the woods...Jon was always ready for an adventure. That is how I remember him, funny, adventurous and ready to try anything. I truly hope that you and everyone he knew can find peace in their hearts over this great loss. I am sure he has. God Bless.

Dear Clauson Family, We had the chance to get to know Jon 3 years ago when he coached our son Marc for the Twins. He was a wonderful, patient, and supportive coach and always made sure the kids all had a great time on the field.

We got to know Jon while working at Moore Lumber. Seeing Jon walk in the door was a bright spot in my day, for Jon was always so courteous and soft-spoken and patient and a total joy to work with.

Dear Vera, My condolences to you and especially your children. May you find the strength to guide your family in this difficult time. I grew up across the street from Jon's parents in Billerica and later worked for Jon briefly. I remember Jon as a kind, dedicated family man.

The Carroll family of Bedford wish to extend their condolences, deepest sadness, and strength to Vera and Jon's family. Jon and his crew completed a major renovation of our house three years ago and were all a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was truly a humble, talented and caring man. Anyone who was lucky enough to have benefited form his knowledge and talent quickly learned he was a "stand out" at his craft but that also as a person had a kind and selfless way about him whose love for his family and friends was clear. We hope knowing how much he was loved by all can offer some source of strength for you in the days ahead.
