Shirlee and I were very close friends for decades. We first met at Beverly Hills High and in those days, I used to drive her every day down to the beach at Santa Monica, where we had lots of fun together.
We spent one holiday together in Spain when she and Jack came to visit us one winter.
Despite the great distance between us once we were married, we remained close friends. I am sad to think that she is gone but will hold her memory in my heart with great love and fondness forever.

Jeffrey, Janet and family,, I am so sorry for your loss. Shirlee is one of the most intelligent, intellectual, loving and caring woman I have ever met. I will cherish the memories of my visits with her. I especially enjoyed when she shared a story about one of your family vacations, she would smile and become so animated, that you could feel the love as she relived the memory. I hope that the love she has for you and these memories bring you comfort.
