My sincerest condolences to the Bellows family. I worked at OCB in the 1980s/1990s, and ARB was always such a gentleman; sincere, affable, and so wonderful with patients and staff alike. I have very fond memories of my days at OCB, and the close knit staff of those years. ARB was such a big part of that, and he will be missed by all who knew him. Deepest sympathies, Lauren Lannon

RIP Dr. Bellows. You were known to many as the God of Glaucoma but to me you will always be the doctor that helped my Mom throught countless eye operations and treatments during the course of the more than 30 years she was your patient. There were times when she had so many problems and surgeries and hospitalizations that I don't remember small chunks of my childhood that coincided with those times. One thing I do remember for sure is that you were not only the best in your field but you were so kind and considerate to our family and I just knew everything would be ok as long as you were helping my Mom. Thank you for all you have done for her and so many others in your incomparable career in ophthalmology.

Dr. Bellows was my doctor for many years, an avid fly fisherman, we would often talk about the one that got away!!
He was quite simply Sine Pari!

Dr Bellows was my son's doctor for many years. A kind caring and loving man. He was a great support over the years as my son who is deaf and blind dealt with many eye problems. RIP Dr Bellows.
